I made additional changes as well and Stein was reviewing them.
I tagged all <sect#> with id attributes and also cleaned up the
comments so that they are more beneficial/usable.

We need to treat this as another document. So yeah, we/you/Stein/
someone(!) needs to check it into CVS (both the linuxdoc and DocBook
versions...one of the DocBook versions anyway!), then I'll create
the HTML (and other variants) and finally I'll load it on linuxdoc.org
and update the "Authors" box.

Oh, and Markk can add pointers in the HOWTO-HOWTO as well.
