Boilerplate-license

Here's the boilerplate license again: I didn't get any more feedback
on how to treat derivative works so I'm guessing that the
consensus is to require the derived work to have the same license (or
GPL). Although I don't completely agree, I've changed it. Alessandro
Rubini suggested removal of "We would like to avoid unnecessary forks
in documentation." and I did it (although I'm neutral on it). Any
more comments? Note this is not our official license but just one
that most of us think is OK for a very short license.
